>  Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is 2-3 days.

Is shopping with us secure?


All sensitive customer information on the Stepney Appliances Store is transmitted via 128bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and stored on extremely protected servers. When you are ready to proceed with checkout, you are directed to a secure server on a PayPal site. PayPal uses advanced SSL technology to encrypt your information.











Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm EST ship the same day.

We make a concerted effort to keep our inventory 100% accurate as we run a live inventory with our website.


What do I do if my shipment hasn't arrived on time?


If your shipment is late and you think there is a problem with the delivery, we encourage you to contact us by phone 08-8362-4160 or via e-mail. We will investigate the issue and respond to you as soon as possible.


If there is an unforeseen reason that may cause your order to arrive later than the anticipated delivery date, we will notify you via E-Mail.


Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect postcode or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the additional postage fees.


Pick-ups are possible for specific models and with prior arrangements.


Your Item(s) will be shipped after payment has been received in full.




Can I return or exchange a product that is not opened?


Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive a credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. A small 10% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns.


Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Refund will be for the cost of goods only.

What Do I Do If I Received A Damaged Product or Missing Items?


You must notify Stepney Appliances within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits are given or replacement product is shipped.
